WHO WE ARE

NDDR is made up of a group of Ontario-based practitioners committed to doing the work required to dismantle racism and address inequity within our profession.

This Ontario-based group was formed to address racism and racial systems within the naturopathic medicine community

NDs Dismantling Racism strives to evolve naturopathic medicine such that all forms of racism and inequity of care due to racial systems are eliminated, in order to provide well-rounded, well-informed, and accessible healthcare to all. We recognize our role not only as healthcare providers but also, as advocates of human rights and social justice. We support naturopathic doctors in their learning and unlearning by providing education that is practical, accessible, and up-to-date, in order to be better able to provide care to marginalized groups.
